KMC Constructions Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. is the parent company of KMCC group which was established in 1996 under the leadership of the Chairman of KMC Constructions Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd.,
Mr. P.G.K.G. Sirisena.

Today it has become one of the leading construction companies in the North Central Province with over 300 employees, including over 120 technically qualified staff and employees in other disciplines.
